Refund policy

WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURNS. BE CAREFUL WITH THE CHARGES YOU ARE PAYING WHILE PLACING THE ORDER.

  • Prepaid orders can't be canceled. They can only be modified. Refunds can't be provided.

  • We refund if a package is damaged, something is missing, or a wrong item is sent. For damaged products, a refund is based on the amount of damage.

  • We don't provide replacements unless the package is completely damaged and would require a 100% refund.

  • Make sure to record an unpacking video within 72 hours to claim damage refunds. The refund shall be processed within 24hrs if claims are approved.

  • The products delivered look exactly as shown on the website, so no claims for refunds shall be considered regarding the design not being liked later.
